As a PhD candidate in the GIScience Group, I am working on a project funded by the Federal Environment Agency (UmweltbundesamtExternal link), which addresses the regionalization of nitrate pollution in groundwater.

Relevant methodological topics in this context include: Regression techniques, geostatistics, machine learning and hybrid models.
